Yellowstone and Top of the World

This morning we left our glamp site and headed further East. Making a stop to drive the upper loop of Yellowstone. It was a boring drive at first and then things got exciting. We saw lots of Bison. We even had to stop and let some cross the road. They are huge up close and I didn’t bark at them.

We also some moose from far away. We saw several deer. We accidentally stumbled upon a wolf that was stalking a family of deer. It was exciting and I started barking so we drove through so I didn’t interfere with nature. My humans said they didn’t want to see the outcome anyway.

To exit Yellowstone we chose the route of Beartooth Highway. If you didn’t know, this road is a roller coaster to the tip top of the mountain and back down. There were several inches of snow and temperature dropped to the 30’s. Mom said she would never do that road again.

Here are some photos we took along the way.

This evening we finished the trek across Montana, it’s a very long state and entered North Dakota and I’m bored in the car. It’s been a very long day.

Good night from Bismarck, ND.
