Over and Out

I’m back in Virginia and resting my bones for a few days. It’s been one heck of a journey and I’m happy to be somewhere familiar.

Some interesting stats from our travels.

Miles Driven: 6,405

Hours in the car: 121

States Traveled:

West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Montana, North Dakota, Wisconsin, Virginia

Memories made: Endless

Sniffs: All of them!

Finally a place to call home for a bit.

I have been enlightened through this journey by many sights, smells and experiences. I am very humbled and realize I am extremely small in comparison to this vast and beautiful country. I am very grateful for my friends and family. Sincerely, God Bless America means so much more to me now.

I am tired, skinny, weathered and worn but it’s all worth it for the adventure.

Thanks to all of you who followed my journey, it was a pleasure to share it with you.

Keep Pointing,

Augustus Pink Heartbutt Jones (aka just Gus)
